lovely pool area, professional taxi service, check-out flexibility

Rooms clearly need updates!!! The lighting is basic, and you might find yourself dealing with an inoperable toilet!!! For a hotel with such potential, it's annoying that basic amenities aren't in better shape!!!

Beautiful pool area.

boyeros is beautiful with lots of trees that keep it cool. the pool was right in front of our standard family room, making it super convenient. the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, especially the hotel manager who took excellent care of us during a little mishap. close to everything you need, it's a great spot!

Had a fun stay! The pool area is awesome with a cool waterslide and nice landscaping. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of fresh fruit and options. Minor hiccups with the shower’s hot water, but overall, it was a great spot for a quick stay!

Key cards malfunctioned, causing unnecessary hassle when trying to access the room. The reception area created a bottleneck due to its layout, limiting guest engagement and elongating the check-in process in the heat. We also experienced an odd towel policy where only two towels were provided for three guests, necessitating an awkward sign-out system for extras.

The Neapolitan pizza at Sabor Porteño is an absolute must-try, crust so airy and toppings bursting with flavor! Loved the clean rooms and serene courtyard pool. Breakfast was also a treat with a solid buffet offering delicious eggs and fresh fruit, perfect fuel for my culinary adventures.

However, the towel situation was a bit of a head-scratcher. we had a three-person room but only got two towels daily. Plus, I couldn't believe we had to sign off for an extra one! The restaurant's payment rules felt quirky too. no charging to the room for meals. Somehow, it all added to the hotel's charm though.

While these issues were frustrating, the charm of the hotel and the attentiveness of the staff made up for it somewhat.

The Standard Family Room was great! Super clean, had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a view from the balcony. The bathrooms were awesome too. The pool area was stunning with a kids' pool and water slide, perfect for families. Breakfast was included and really delicious. Everything felt fresh and inviting.

Just a balanced option for a fleeting stay in Liberia with fantastic value for money. The pool area was a true highlight, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Make sure to check out the lovely courtyard garden for some fresh air.
